Registering AutoPassword™ Enterprise mobile apps for users

  1. Log in to your Admin Console.
  2. In the left navigation, click Users > Manage Users.
  3. Click a name of the user.
  4. Click View for Mobile.
  5. In the Register mobile phone section, enter the phone number.
  6. Enter Registration verification password(RVP).
  7. Click Register.
  8. The User Verification Password(UVP) is sent to the mobile phone via SMS.
  9. Let the user know the entered RVP.

Once registered, the mobile phone number is the Inactive status until the user rergisters their AutoPassword™ Enterprise mobile application. The following is the steps that the user needs to do.

  1. The user receives UVP via SMS, and RVP from you.
  2. The user opens AutoPassword™ Enterprise mobile application on their smartphone.
  3. The user registers the app by entering both UVP, and RVP in the application registration screen.

Assigning AutoPassword™ Enterprise OTP cards to users

  1. Log in to your Admin Console.
  2. In the left navigation, click Users > Manage Users.
  3. Click a name of the user.
  4. Click Manage for OTP Tokens.
  5. Prepare the OTP card to be assigned.
  6. Enter the serial of the card.
  7. Enter the 6-digit code generated in the card at the same time.
  8. Click Register.

Registering OTP cards to your authentication server

The OTP cards are only able to be registered by your system administrator.


Enabling SMS Password for users

  1. Log in to your Admin Console.
  2. In the left navigation, click Users > Manage Users.
  3. Click a name of the user.
  4. Click Manage for SMS Password.
  5. Enter the phone number the user can receive SMS.
  6. Click Register.
